It has been an exciting and thoughtful process to find the right person for the role. In a tight-knit team like ours, every individual shapes the culture and contributes directly to our success – which makes choosing the right addition all the more important.
So let us introduce you to our newly appointed COO Martina…
Martina Madrid Sebring is an operations leader who is passionate about helping mission-driven organisations grow with clarity and intention. Over the past 19 years, she has worked across education, social impact, and founder-led ventures, supporting teams as they turn bold ideas into practical, sustainable execution. Martina is known for bringing structure without losing heart, strengthening systems while keeping people and purpose at the centre. She is especially motivated by work that expands access, builds trust, and creates lasting positive impact.
When we asked Martina why she’s decided to join LendForGood she said:
