Liberty Society is a B Corp certified social enterprise, and since 2020 has been training-to-employ vulnerable women in Indonesia to craft green B2B goods & campaigns working with corporates for their ESG goals. Serving 250+ brands like Uniqlo & UOB, they upcycle corporate waste like textile, plastic and paper into corporate souvenirs. Every purchase made is reinvested into their ‘House of Freedom’ where they give upskilling training and safe community to refugee women.
This loan will support them to expand their work and impact reaching by investing in a new organic waste processing facility. They will be able to meet recurring orders from hotels, provide training and employment for 20 more women and process significantly more waste.
