Who is ATEC Global?
ATEC Global is a company focused on providing sustainable, affordable, and accessible cooking solutions, primarily targeting households in the Global South. They offer 2 core products: IoT-enabled induction stoves and biodigesters. A key aspect of their business model is connecting these solutions to global carbon markets, generating carbon credits from the energy savings and emissions reductions achieved through their products. This creates an impact stack of multitudes where communities are supported to access cleaner and decarbonised cooking practices whilst also earning for doing so through Earn2Cook and other initiatives.

Glossary:
- GHG avoided: greenhouse gas reduction
- Cost saved: the number of beneficiaries have saved by using ATEC products
- Income increase: the additional earnings beneficiaries have gained through cash backs or incentives from ATEC products.
- kWh produced : the total energy produced in kilowatt-hours.
- New beneficiaries reached: Unit sales multiplied by 5.3 (average family group size) to estimate the total number of beneficiaries. This approach accounts for the fact that when a family owns an eCook/Bio, all members benefit from it—whether through reduced indoor smoke, time savings, cost savings, or incentives.
